I'm Mohammed Abdullah Mohammed AlGodami (MAH), professionally known as Mohammed Abdullah Hashem. I'm an independent Motion Designer and Creative Motion Director, working across graphic design, animation and visual production since 2004. I bring creative thinking and hands-on production experience together to shape coherent visual work.
An image can look beautiful. What matters more is what it says.
My professional journey began in 2004 with graphic design and visual production, including early work at Yemen Educational Television. Over time I expanded into motion graphics and media production, gaining experience in Bahrain before continuing my work in Yemen across commercial, educational, awareness and other creative projects. Each stage strengthened my ability to understand a message and find the visual approach that fits its audience.
My experience extends beyond creative and technical production. I founded and managed several ventures during my career, learning about production, management and the realities of running projects. My work in media production also deepened my understanding of how ideas, audiences and communication fit together. Today, that broader perspective helps me take responsibility for the work from understanding the brief through final delivery.
I work across multiple stages of creative production, from concept development, visual script treatment and storyboarding to design, animation, cinematography, editing, VFX and final direction. I see these not as isolated skills, but as disciplines that come together to make a cohesive piece. I choose the tools each project needs and make sure the technique serves the idea, not the other way around.
I work as an independent designer and creative director and prefer direct communication with clients to understand their goals. I take care of the details I am responsible for, from early creative decisions to final review. When a project requires additional specialists, I collaborate with them while keeping responsibilities and quality clear.

A few milestones
Based in Yemen, I offer creative services to clients in Yemen and across the GCC, with particular focus on Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, the UAE and Oman. I work remotely and communicate directly, so distance does not need to stand in the way of a good collaboration.
